Responsibilities
* Lead the technical delivery of major mechanical engineering projects.
* Provide strategic input across multidisciplinary schemes.
* Develop sustainable and innovative engineering solutions.
* Manage and mentor engineering teams.
* Maintain and develop key client relationships.
* Support business development and project bids.
* Review and approve complex engineering designs.
* Drive technical excellence and quality standards.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
* Extensive consultancy experience within building services.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Proven client-facing and commercial experience.
* Chartered Engineer status preferred.
* Excellent technical knowledge of UK regulations and standards.
* Passion for sustainable and low-energy design.
