A leading international law firm with offices worldwide is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and implement BD plans for the Disputes Group. Working closely with practice leaders and BD teams, you will help to grow client relationships, drive revenue and enhance the Group’s market presence. The firm is open to candidates who live or are happy to commute to either London, Leeds or Manchester.
The Responsibilities:
* Partner with Disputes leadership to deliver the Group’s 2030 strategy.
* Lead client development, pitches, credentials, and meeting preparation.
* Manage and track BD budgets and ROI.
* Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and thought leadership.
* Maintain Disputes marketing materials and legal directory submissions.
* Manage and develop a Senior BD Executive.
The Candidate:
* Proven BD experience in an international law firm or professional services.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders.
* Team leadership experience; disputes sector knowledge desirable but not essential.
