Key Responsibilities: Own the Digital Strategy : Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, Native, PMAX, and third-party lead partners. Lead a High-Performing Team : Manage and mentor our in-house digital team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Optimise for Results : Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to maximise campaign performance and ROI. Manage Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with lead generation and affiliate partners to ensure quality and efficiency. Analyse & Innovate : Use data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement impactful projects. Report & Influence : Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership through clear, data-backed reporting. Stay Ahead : Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in performance/digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. ✅ Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI). ✅ Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and user journey optimisation. ✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ✅ A results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
