Location: Home-based with travel across Hull and Doncaster also Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm What You’ll Be Doing Working closely with our clinical team to help set up new complex care packages — contributing to care plans and risk assessments Gaining mentorship experience by supporting, guiding, and training care staff in specialist clinical tasks Playing an active role in reviewing and updating clinical documentation to ensure safe, person-centred care Monitoring care delivery and helping drive continuous improvement in quality Building positive relationships with children, young people, families, and multidisciplinary professionals Supporting a varied caseload, including both paediatric and adult complex care packages This role offers an excellent development pathway, giving you the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and progress if you choose to take the next step in your nursing career. What We’re Looking For A qualified Nursing Associate with current NMC registration Experience in complex care or learning disabilities (adult or paediatric) Confidence in writing and reviewing clinical documentation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively Knowledge of CQC standards and commitment to the NMC Code Competent using IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in training/sign-off is desirable — but not essential, as full support will be provided More about Acuity Care Group: We have been around for nearly 20 years so we know our stuff!
