The Senior Civil Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering engineering projects within the Energy & Natural Resources sector. This position requires technical expertise and a strong ability to oversee civil engineering projects in Reading.

Description
* Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficiency.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality.
* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Profile
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* Professional accreditation or working towards it (e.g., ICE or similar).
* Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects.
* Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
* Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
