Job Description
A well-established and highly regarded law firm based in North West London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing department.
This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary with proven experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full secretarial support to the Partner within the Conveyancing department
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Handling residential and commercial conveyancing matters including post-completion
* Assisting with Land Registry applications and submission of SDLT returns
* Managing diaries, calls, and client liaison
* General administrative support
* Digital Dictation
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial conveyancing procedures
* Experience handling post-completion matters
* Excellent digital dictation and typing skills
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
