THE ROLE
As Corporate Move Manager, you will be the central point of contact for assignees and corporate HR teams throughout the entire move process — from initial enquiry through to completion.
You will manage a portfolio of international relocations by air, sea, and road, coordinating internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless, cost-effective moves that keep clients coming back.
This is a role where your attention to detail, your ability to juggle competing priorities, and your commitment to service excellence will genuinely make a difference.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Managing a portfolio of international assignee moves from enquiry to completion
* Acting as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR teams
* Coordinating with internal departments and global partner agents to ensure smooth delivery
* Providing competitive quotes and negotiating to maximise conversion and profitability
* Keeping all systems updated accurately and in a timely manner (Navision experience advantageous)
* Processing invoices and ensuring shipping and accounting deadlines are met
* Supporting business development and account management teams with client updates
* Delivering consistently superior customer service at every stage of the move
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Move Management experience — essential, candidates without this will not be considered
* Strong customer focus with the ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle a high volume of files simultaneously
* Good geographical knowledge across international regions
* Comfortable working in a pressurised, deadline-driven environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; Navision experience a bonus
* A flexible, team-oriented approach — particularly during peak season
