We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Officer to join our team at Oasis Academy Brightstowe. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and effective use of data across the Academy. The Role As Data Officer, you will: Lead on the development, maintenance, and management of the Academy’s MIS (Bromcom). Ensure data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements, including School Census and GDPR. Produce accurate reports and analysis to support senior leaders and teaching staff in raising standards. Oversee the Academy assessment cycle and publish academic reports to parents. Support the construction and maintenance of the Academy timetable. Deliver training to staff on data systems and processes. Demonstrates excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Has great communication skills and can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
