With a strong national presence and offices across the UK, their Milton Keynes team is expanding and looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex fit-out projects for high-profile retail clients .

The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for leading the planning and delivery of major retail fit-out projects, acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, and contractors. Youll manage all stages from initial brief through to project handover, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of fit-out projects within the retail sector, acting as the clients trusted advisor.
Lead project teams and coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities.
Manage project budgets, risk, programme, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the growth of the Milton Keynes office.
What We're Looking For Extensive experience in project management within a construction consultancy or contractor environment.
Proven track record in delivering fit-out projects, ideally in the retail or commercial sector .
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project demands.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar).
Professional membership such as MAPM, RICS, or MCIOB is preferred support provided if working towards it.
