I am working on behalf of a now established Domiciliary Care company within the UK, they are a franchise model and are setting up a new office in South Woodham Ferrers.
They are looking to recruit a General Manager to focus on business development and growing the private client base.
The Company:
1. Deliver bespoke homecare across the UK
2. Franchise setup with fantastic values
3. Growing company with now nearly 70 offices
4. Provide private care to the elderly
5. Extremely client and carer centric
The role:
6. Develop the business and grow the hours through marketing and networking
7. Proactive on social media and online platforms
8. Meet community groups and get the company name out there
9. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
10. Line manage the Care Manager
11. Work closely with franchise owner who has Domicilairy Care experience
Required competencies:
12. Domiciliary Care management experience is essential
13. Proven track record of growth
14. Private pay experience
15. Good knowledge of CQC regulations
16. Excellent people management/communication skills
17. Knowledge of Essex area – desirable
18. Level 5 in Leadership and Management
