About The Role
Join Balfour Beatty on the pioneering Net Zero Teesside project, integrating advanced carbon capture technology with a combined cycle gas‑fired power station. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Temporary Site Services project and support the wider Net Zero Teesside initiative.
What you'll be doing
* Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.
* Lead and motivate a multi‑disciplinary team and manage subcontractor integration.
* Maintain accurate site records and monitor progress against KPIs.
* Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
* Drive Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
Essential Requirements
* Proven track record in managing operational delivery within construction.
* CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage complex workloads.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Desirable
* Experience in high‑profile projects and solution‑oriented problem solving.
