What will you do?
* You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
* Continue to develop the conveyancing department through business development
Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
* 5 years' PQE +
* Strong technical ability across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
* Confidence to work independently and lead within a team
