About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer with a Commercial Gas qualification to join our clients dynamic team. You will work across the Maintenance, Small Works, and Projects departments, ensuring systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Team:

Service and maintain commercial boilers, heating systems, and pipework.
*
Conduct safety and compliance checks on gas appliances.
*
Troubleshoot and repair faults in plumbing and heating systems.
*
Carry out preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records.
Small Works Team:
*
Install, replace, or upgrade heating and plumbing components.
*
Complete minor retrofit projects and emergency repairs.
*
Work independently to provide high-quality service to clients.
Projects Team:
*
Install new commercial heating and plumbing systems.
*
Support project commissioning and handover processes.
*
Coordinate with other contractors and follow design specifications.
*
Produce documentation, including test certificates and manuals.
Skills & Qualifications:
*
Commercial Gas Safe registration.
*
Domestic Gas Safe registration ( Preferred but not essential )
*
Proven experience in commercial & domestic plumbing and heating.
*
Happy to mentor members of the team when working
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Knowledge of commercial standards and regulations is preferred.
