What you will be doing
as a Night Network Service Technician
1. Taking personal ownership of customer queries and responding to and resolving issues at their homes or places of work.
2. Collaborating with contractors to do planned and unplanned work and investigating clean water networks to resolve poor performance, including high or low pressure, leakage, metering queries and loss of supply out in the field.
3. You will also help control burst mains, ensuring isolation to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs and maintenance.
4. Looking after valve operations, water sampling and valve checks and planning.
5. As the role involves driving daily, the ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive between jobs.
Base Location: Stroud Green - Croydon - CR0 8YY
Working Pattern: Night Shifts (Monday-Sunday) 20:00-06:30, however, you
will be required to work day shifts (Monday–Friday) for the training period of 6 months.

Additional skills and experiences would be great to have/bring:
15. Having a basic knowledge of domestic plumbing or water mains and leakage would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
