We now have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sales Manager (Wealth Focused) to join our team. This is a senior role within the New Sales team responsible for driving new logo acquisition across the full product portfolio and managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle. The role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and pipeline development, with the ability to identify, engage, and convert high-value opportunities. The successful candidate will build and nurture strong client relationships, adopting a consultative, solution-led sales approach to understand customer needs and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. Acting as a key ambassador for the organisation, the individual will represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market presence and generate strategic opportunities. The role also requires strong commercial acumen, including strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Recruitment Process
Applications for this role may require a short online assessment to establish competency in certain skill areas. If your application is successful, you will be invited to a short telephone screening call with a member of our HR team. This is an informal conversation to find out a little more about you and your expectations ahead of potentially moving on to a formal interview. If you are invited to an interview, this may be carried out at our Bournemouth office, or online via a video call depending on your location. Interviews are conducted with the line manager for this role. A second interview may be required depending on the specific job role and may be attended by a member of senior management where required. Don’t worry though, we’re all very friendly!
Job Requirements
About You
* Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years B2B/B2C sales experience
* Experience of working within financial services in particular within the Wealth Planning sector (Pension, Savings and Investments)
* A minimum of 2 years account management or sales experience
* Be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate and build strong working relationships with a wide range of clients
* A commercial mindset with a passion for sales and relationships
* Proven negotiation skills and confidently able to make decisions
* Demonstrable sales background with evidence of constantly exceeding targets
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities
Job Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue strategic sales opportunities, developing and executing against a sales plan to exceed revenue targets
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Understand client goals, challenges, and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that deliver measurable value
* Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with confidence and professionalism
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract close
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipeline, and account information in the company CRM system (Salesforce)
* Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, sales activity, and revenue forecasts to support reporting against targets
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective positioning, and alignment with brand strategy
* Align sales execution with the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, leveraging available sales enablement tools and resources
* Confidently represent and promote Twenty7Tec’s products and services to prospective and existing clients
* Communicate the product roadmap clearly and effectively to clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs
* Gather and relay customer insights and feedback to support product development and strategic planning
* Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and market developments
* Identify new or underserved market opportunities with clear commercial potential
* Support the development of marketing collateral and sales materials to reinforce key business messages
* Represent the company professionally while demonstrating and promoting the organisation’s culture and values
* Travel nationally to meet clients, develop new relationships, and represent the company at industry events and meetings as required
