Role and key responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor - Front Door
1. Responsible for assisting with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
2. Acting as the first face-to-face point of contact
3. Operating all relevant computer systems
4. Supporting face to face and electronic channel enquiries
5. Dealing with both telephone & email enquiries
6. Undertake all other general office duties as directed
Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Advisor - Front Door
7. Excellent organisational skills
8. Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. To be able to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite and welcoming manner
Pay rate: £. per hour PAYE, Paid Weekly
Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

This job is commutable from the following areas Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Hanley, Longton, Burslem, Tunstall, Fenton, Trentham and surrounding areas.
