Salary: £23, – £27,

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Middleton that specialize in parcel and freight logistics. Our client is a rapidly growing company with offices in the UK, China, The Netherlands and the USA.
Working hours : Between 7am – 7pm Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
As Onboarding Administrator you will assist with multiple activities. With a large focus on onboarding new clients and billing, you will undertake regular online meetings during which you will take on a lead role with the customers, training and troubleshooting. You will also:
5. Onboarding of new customers/clients
6. Training customers/clients on how to use the bespoke in house portal via teams meetings of 10-15 people
7. Account set up and activation
8. Process billing (invoicing, maintenance of the system, reconciling, as well as manual building)
9. Undertake general administrative duties
10. Liaise with customers over the phone about a number of issues
11. Ensure client issues are addressed and satisfied to the best of your ability
12. Setting up new employees (desk set up, email etc.)
