Overview
We’re always on the lookout for insightful, talented, and imaginative people to join our practice. As an Employee Owned Trust, we are committed to the development and success of our staff and maintaining the ethos of the practice. If you want to be part of a creative, friendly, and dynamic team, we want to hear from you.
At HTS, we believe in nurturing talent and providing an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. Our internal learning initiatives, combined with the autonomy we offer to our graduates, set us apart. We hold company meetings every Tuesday and Thursday, where all staff are encouraged to present their ideas, facilitate open debates on technical design, and address both technical and people-related issues among our staff. Engineers at all levels are involved in meetings with design teams, with regular site visits and specialized training for our graduate cohort.
