We are looking for an individual who has proven experience of delivering high quality ICT Training and Support. Excellent presentation skills are required as well as the ability to solve and explain computer related issues. You would ideally have existing experience and knowledge of Liquidlogic.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
You will play a central role in supporting colleagues to use our ICT systems confidently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing day-to-day support to system users, resolving issues and queries to ensure systems run smoothly.
* Carrying out routine system administration and housekeeping duties, including user and permission management.
* Designing, organising, and delivering training courses on ICT systems and technologies.
* Identifying ICT training needs and developing tailored training programmes for staff.
* Maintaining accurate and clear course documentation, such as user guides and procedures.
* Providing follow-up support and advice to system users after training.
* Maintaining comprehensive training records.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of new and existing ICT systems and support mechanisms, including taking a lead role for specified systems or modules.
* Participating in routine system update and testing programmes.
* Supervising staff and supporting their development.
* Contributing to data quality and the integrity of information held within service systems.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in ICT/information-related subject.
* Experience in designing and delivering IT training courses.
* A track record of providing support to system users.
* Ability to produce high-quality training materials and documentation.
* Experience supervising staff and using a wide range of ICT systems and software.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and support users.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flexible and proactive approach.
