Provides specialist NHS knowledge to decode both national and local health policy to assist in driving positive reinforcement of Almirall biologics, in order to support Almirall KAMs. Improve patient access through commercial opportunities and work with local stakeholders on generating and implementing prescribing guidelines that bring benefits to patients, the NHS and Almirall. Positively position the Almirall biologics in guidelines by proactively utilising data, materials, and models with hospitals/ ICB and HB personnel to demonstrate a tailored value proposition and maximise access. Drive local RWE projects to accelerate outcomes for Almirall brands and services, as well as payor and clinical advocacy for Almirall biologics Partner with local payors, and customers within ICB and HB to garner acceptance and implementation of Almiralls service solutions. Collaboration with the KAM Team to generate local intelligence and contribute to robust effective account plans that demonstrate prioritisation of all market access activities. Bring best practice and expertise to Almirall on the evolution of payor needs and how this impacts our brands, building knowledge and capability of wider commercial teams. Attending Global Market Access meetings when appropriate Develop and utilise payor KOL advocates at key congresses to support Almirall brands and services The Integrated Healthcare Manager (IHM) reports directly to the Director of Value and Access and is responsible for improving patient access to Almirall’s biologic portfolio. The IHM will work as a partner to the trust/ICB/HB, fostering relationships with HCPs, payors and other relevant stakeholders who are involved with the implementation of dermatological biologic treatments, at both regional and local levels. The IHM will break down barriers to access in the field, ensuring Almirall biologic brands are optimally positioned on local prescribing guidelines. They will work closely in collaboration with Key Account Managers to generate guidelines and drive appropriate uptake, aligned to the value drivers of our customers.
