Vehicle Technician required in Witney.
1. Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum pending experience.
2. Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Our client, an independent automotive service centre based in Witney, is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join their business.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working alongside a close-knit, well-motivated and friendly team, your main duties will include carrying out fault diagnosis, service, and repair as instructed to the standards laid down by our client. You will need to ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report to management as required on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance. You will also need to ensure that quality procedures relating to the function laid down by our client are adhered to at all times. If you hold an active MOT licence, you will also be carrying out MOT tests on customers’ vehicles to Ministry standards.
To be eligible, you must be qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have a UK driving licence with minimal points, and ideally have an active MOT licence; however, this is non-essential as training can be provided. Overall, you should be a team player, capable of working to the standards of the business, have an organised and methodical approach to your workload, a high quality of workmanship, and be comfortable working in an independent service centre environment.
