· Self-starter who can collaborate and lead across multiple workstreams and internal stakeholder groups
· Ability to bring others on the journey – not just telling the story with data, but also creating a compelling vision and reason(s) to believe in the direction of travel.
Your skills and experience
· A solid technical understanding and lived experience of deploying design systems which achieve Product, Design, Engineering and Brand goals.
· Strong background in product management essential, including experience in defining product vision and strategy, prioritising features, creating roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
