Role Summary
Join Harrod’s Kitchens & Restaurants team as a Baker 1– Sous Chef, leading daily culinary operations to deliver excellence across a multi‑site environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams to exceed business expectations.
* Oversee food production to ensure dishes meet specification, quality, and presentation standards.
* Manage stock, ordering, storage, and operational processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks including staffing, documentation, and equipment maintenance reporting.

You thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment, demonstrating confidence in your culinary skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and organise teams effectively. * Strong culinary expertise with proven experience producing high‑quality dishes at volume.
* Effective leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A solid understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations.
