Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Administrator (internally known as MOJ Business Administration Support) on fixed term basis until March 2026, with possible extension
You’ll support the administration of our Ministry of Justice Accommodation Support service. Our team provides personalised accommodation-related support for sentenced and unsentenced clients, in both custodial and community settings, across the North East. We support ex-offenders to source, secure and sustain accommodation; having stable accommodation goes a long way to help people break the cycle of re-offending
This is a roam role, so you’ll work from various locations including from home, head office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough and other Thirteen buildings. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required

Key Responsibilities:
* Support our service with a variety of administration tasks to ensure we meet our contractual requirements and enable us to deliver a first-class service
* You’ll support with the promotion the service, as well as recording and distributing referrals to our Accommodation Support Workers
* Create and maintain records of funding spends for customers using a range of external and in-house systems, ensuring the evidence meets audit requirements
* Set up and assist at meetings including organising venues, prepare paperwork and minute taking
* Provide general administration support to the team, such as raising purchase orders, responding to customer queries, and data input
About You:
* Fantastic experience within an administration setting or great transferrable skills
* Comfortable using a range of IT systems and working with databases
* Able to respond and deal with sensitive topics and queries with empathy
* Excellent organisation and able to proactively manage your workload
* Great communication skills and someone who effectively adapts to change
* A collaborative team player who can assist in the delivery of a customer driven service
