Job Title: Children's Social Workers (Safeguarding)
Location: Worcestershire
Hours per week: 37 Hours per Week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £33,699 - £41,771 per annum, plus £4,000 market forces
Responsibilities
* Implement complex child in need planning, child protection plans, and public court proceedings.
* Support families to care for their children safely and manage multidisciplinary cases involving substance use, mental health difficulties, and domestic violence.
* Work closely with Specialist Family Support Services and a stable team with regular supervision and manageable caseloads.
* Support children and young people with permanent plans to remain looked after, ensuring correct care plans are progressed in a timely manner.
* Support UASC young children within the service.
