We are seeking a patient, caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of special educational needs. About the role The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to provide personalised support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop independence, and make strong progress both academically and emotionally. Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, including those with learning difficulties, communication needs, ASD, ADHD, or social, emotional and mental health needs. Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual needs.
