Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)
About the Role
You’ll work one-to-one with learners, creating tailored sessions that support academic development, boost confidence, and encourage a positive approach to learning.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver engaging, individualised tutoring sessions
* Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs
* Adapt lesson plans to suit different learning styles
* Foster independence, motivation, and resilience
* Monitor and evaluate student progress
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in tutoring, teaching, or SEN support
* A patient and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare
* Ability to travel across the Ashford area
