Salary range: £27k - £31k, based on experience
Location & travel: Office in Hertford 1 day per week. London and client site based or home working for the rest of the week. Would suit someone based in London or surrounding counties.

The Role
This position will suit an organised and bubbly individual who is a great communicator and multi- tasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a highperforming account management team who work with a portfolio of exciting clients including hip high street brands and global luxury brands. Professional and confident in both verbal and written communication, you will work alongside the Account Director, Account Managers and Account Executives to deliver a variety of music, technical and creative projects to our clients. This role with liaise with a number of different departments internally, and clients and suppliers externally. A true team player and problem solver you will be able to think on your feet and use your initiative to help keep our projects on track.
Your Experience
You will be a strong account executive, with at least 3 years’ experience working in a professional creative environment in a client facing role. Responsible for the smooth running of projects and relationships, you can demonstrate that you are able to manage, retain and develop a number of valuable accounts. Creative experience is fundamental and you are able to demonstrate where you have briefed, managed and directed creative resource working on both highly branded and more conceptual projects. An understanding of tech is an advantage, either working within a technical environment or with technical expertise to deliver projects. Your written and verbal communication is second to none, able to create sophisticated client facing documentation and talk confidently to customers and partners. You pride yourself on being super organised, and are able to keep many balls juggling. You have an interest in design, brands & music, with lots of personality and wish to be part of a fun and vibrant team.

Your Responsibilities
You will be assisting the account managers in handling existing accounts and manage your own accounts. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
§ Proactively assisting the Account Managers with day-to-day running & retention of existing accounts
§ Contribute positively towards building client relationships that help develop the value of the account and support client retention
§ Work with senior members of the account management and sales team in the implementation of overarching client retention and sales strategies
§ Identify new opportunities with existing clients where possible § Promptly help spot any issues that might be a threat to projects or the account and work with the senior team to achieve positive outcomes
§ Work alongside Account Executive to deal with client communication in a prompt and efficient manner
§ Attend and contribute positively in client meetings, as well as suggest meetings where appropriate
§ Take briefings from clients and help propose and quote for new creative projects, collaborating with the Account Manager where required
§ Set-up, manage, train and support content management platform for client music and video content
§ Work with creative resource internally and externally to produce creative assets – animation, video edit, graphic design according to brand guidelines
§ Liaise with client tech teams and coordinate internal departments regarding new client installation projects and progress them through the delivery pipeline
§ Liaise with and brief technical and operations department for new tech, content set-up, and content changes
§ Prepare client-facing quotes, proposals, presentations, contracts
§ Provide reports to clients for various purposes (e.g. system audits, content schedules)
§ Prepare client-facing documents (covering technical support, installation instructions, guidelines on music for client staff, user guides)
§ Prepare internal reports or KPI information
§ Assist in maintaining our CRM databases including client data, music information and video content in marketing portals
§ Process billing for projects and retained time with finance tea
