In connection with business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its delivery leadership capabilities. We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages over 700 personnel with a focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategy, contributing to overall company strategy, and aligning with top-level goals and growth objectives.
The VP will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies, supervise engineering operations, manage performance and finances, contribute to sales and presales activities, and support account growth. The role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.
Responsibilities:
Lead Delivery Organization:
* Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
* Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality
* Lead exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools for innovation
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Partner with Key Clients and Support Business Development:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for successful project delivery
* Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance and support
* Work with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies
Drive Technology Innovation:
* Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application in solutions
* Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals
* Stay updated on the latest software engineering trends and technologies
Requirements:
* Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within large, well-established companies
* Proven experience managing an engineering organization of over 700 people
* Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
* Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices; experience as a solution architect is a plus
* Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
* Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and managerial skills
* Strategic planning and execution experience
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile
* Knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and financial management
* Experience with business development and presale management
* Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility for large service organizations
* Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; additional business education (e.g., MBA) is advantageous
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
