First Choice Ballymena are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our existing Team. The role will be to work within the Commercial and Industrial Division and involve supplying a wide range of both Temporary and Permanent Staff to the Private and Public Sectors Main Aspects of the role will include; Managing Temporary Workforce Preparing Recruitment Adverts Screening Advert Response Undertaking Recruitment Interviews both in person and by Teams Ensuring Staff meet all Legal requirements for placement in assignments Liaising with Clients on their Recruitment Requirements Marketing First Choice Services Taking Part in Job Fairs and Recruitment events Hours 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday This is an office based role Own Transport and Driving Licence essential to undertake the requirements of the post We are seeking a motivated person who has the ability to engage with a wide range of Clients and Applicants and build ongoing relationships.
