What will you be doing?
We're on the lookout for a Governance and Assurance Manager to join our IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Centre of Excellence - an integral team that champions best-in-class programme and project delivery across the business. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind enhancing our project delivery capability, ensuring high standards are met and innovations are shared across teams and platforms.
From leading assurance programmes and onboarding project staff, to shaping frameworks, tools, and templates, you'll help us work smarter and more collaboratively. You'll act as a trusted advisor across the project lifecycle, facilitating reviews, embedding lessons learned, and supporting investment decisions that deliver real value.

What you'll bring:
* Prior experience in an Enterprise based PMO or Transformation office within a medium/large size organisation, working within a multi-division, matrixed environment.
* Experience setting up PMOs in multiple organisations and in developing PMO frameworks.
* Has previously led investment prioritisation and ongoing management of a portfolio.
* Led business case development on multiple programmes and projects.
* Waterfall and Agile related project discipline experience.
* Previous experience with mentoring/management of staff or teams.
* Experience in leading teams in a matrixed environment, preferably with experience in managing managers of teams.
* Previous experience working with enterprise project management applications.
* Experience working in multiple PMO models across various industries.
