This home-based role requires a results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying products to architects and specifiers, tracking projects through all stages, and driving sales growth across the region. This is a hands-on field role, requiring a consultative approach to selling, strong market awareness, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to clients and partners. Key Responsibilities Project and Client Management Specify products to architects, designers, and specifiers. Proactively track projects from conception through to order and completion. Engage with main contractors to secure open-spec projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabricators and project partners across the UK. Sales Activity & Reporting Achieve agreed sales targets, product mix, and margin objectives. Submit weekly activity plans and call reports by close of business every Friday. Submit monthly performance reports by the 4th of each month. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system (Salesforce). Ensure all customer interactions and project communications are properly documented. Market & Product Knowledge Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Understand regional variations in product requirements and specifications. Provide regular market feedback to management to support strategy development. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys product range and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Sales Execution & Professionalism Set clear objectives before each customer interaction. Use relevant sales aids and presentation tools effectively. Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships. Overcome objections confidently and guide prospects to a commitment. Track and secure projects with a focus on long-term account development. Ensure a smart, professional appearance and maintain a clean, presentable vehicle.
