Job Description
Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Billing Administrator to join our Billing and Validation team in Wednesbury.

The successful candidate will work in a central administration function, performing duties around order validation, invoicing, and applications to partners such as Virgin Media. A professional and confidential manner will be required and all times.
What will you be doing?
Billing duties:
* Validating drawings on job packs, ‘as-builts’ and supplier invoices.
* Processing applications to Virgin Media.
* Uploading documents and processes onto internal system Depo Net database.
* Responsible for storing backup information correctly on the system.
* Exceptions payments, reporting, and dealing with Deviation from Estimates (DFE’s).
* Control of work in progress, ensuring sales targets are met, and any other duties with the accountabilities of the post

Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
* Proficient to good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
* Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other system databases.
* Adaptable to learning new systems and processes and affecting them in a timely manner
* Teamwork – Ability to work well with others in a strong team environment.
* Personal accountability – Organised, great time management, and has a proactive approach to work.
* Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate and listen effectively.
* Taking pride in your work – you want to do the job well and achieve results.
* Creative and flexible – Interested in new ideas. You can use your initiative and experiences to develop new ideas and practices to improve processes.
Desirable:
* Experience in invoicing or a customer service environment is desirable.
* Knowledge of telecommunications, or business & civils engineering, is desirable.
