We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Academic Services Administrator to support a wide range of undergraduate academic administration. This is a key role within the Academic Office, providing support across the student lifecycle—from exams and scholarships to data management and academic recruitment.
The position is set to commence from 29th September and will be full-time until 3rd December with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate start-of-term collections and Master's Collections, including scheduling, invigilator coordination, and reporting to senior staff
* Support examination and scholarship administration, maintaining accurate records and managing prize allocations
* Administer undergraduate grants and manage feedback surveys and teaching evaluations
* Maintain and update student records using the College and University systems (e.g. eVision)
* Monitor visa compliance for international students and support undergraduate registration and Welcome Week
* Produce transcripts, visa letters, and University paperwork; manage student files in line with GDPR
* Support academic recruitment processes, including application tracking and right-to-work checks
* Manage front-of-house services, office supplies, and academic notice boards
* Maintain academic pages on the College website and support with general Academic Office communications
* Provide occasional support for graduate administration and cover for colleagues as required
