Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a proven background in B2B sales — ideally within medical aesthetics, beauty, or medical devices — to take ownership of our sales function and help build a high-performing team.
This role combines inbound lead conversion (from our paid advertising and marketing campaigns) with proactive outbound activity to identify new opportunities, grow our client base, and drive revenue. You will manage the full sales cycle, mentor new sales hires, and play a pivotal role in shaping Derma Group’s sales strategy.
The role also involves delivering device training sessions to clients, covering both the technical use of our equipment and the treatments they can perform. While full training will be provided, previous experience in aesthetics treatments and familiarity with relevant technologies will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Sales (Mainly Inbound)
* Handle and convert warm, qualified inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
* Proactively seek out new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and social selling.
Consultative Selling
* Conduct discovery calls and video consultations to understand client needs.
* Present tailored device packages and payment solutions that align with customer goals.
Sales Management & Team Building
* Lead by example with personal sales performance.
* Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
* Coach and monitor team performance to maximise productivity.
Device & Treatment Training
* Deliver hands-on and virtual training sessions for clients, covering device usage, treatment protocols, and best practices.
* Ensure clients feel confident in delivering safe, effective treatments post-purchase.
* Keep training materials and knowledge up-to-date with the latest industry standards.
CRM & Pipeline Management
* Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, log activities, and maintain a clear sales pipeline.
* Follow structured follow-up processes to maximise conversion rates.
Relationship Management
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clinic and salon owners.
* Ensure clients feel supported from initial enquiry through to purchase and beyond.
Collaboration & Market Insight
* Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the medical aesthetics, beauty, or medical device sector.
* Background in delivering or understanding aesthetics treatments and technologies preferred (full training will be provided).
* Track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
* Experience in managing or mentoring other salespeople is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills with a professional, consultative approach.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
* Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven.
* Occasional flexibility for client visits, training days, events, or trade shows.
