Essential Requirements of a Production Supervisor
* Experience leading and managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment
* Comfortable working with ERP systems to support day-to-day operations and reporting
* Able to operate in a structured, regulated environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery
* Clear, confident communicator with a practical, people-focused leadership style
Desirable Requirements of a Production Supervisor
* Exposure to electro-mechanical, electronics, or similarly technical manufacturing environments
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP systems
* Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing approaches.
