We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Multi Agency Partnership Team in Surrey. This position offers a competitive rate of up to £38 per hour on an Umbrella basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals and families, collaborating with various agencies to provide comprehensive support and intervention.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments of individuals and families to identify needs and risks.
* Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with service users and partner agencies.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.
* Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
* Providing support and guidance to less experienced team members and contributing to their professional development.
Essential qualifications and skills required for this role include:
* A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
