Salary: GBP 45,000 : GBP 50,000

We are seeking a hands on HR Business Partner to support a period of business transition on a fixed term contract. The organisation is undergoing significant structural change. You will provide day:to:day HR support, including handling employee relations matters and delivering high:quality documentation and process management.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who can confidently operate in a fast:paced, change:heavy environment, balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities
: Manage end:to:end redundancy processes including
: Provide hands:on support for a variety of ER matters including grievances and capability concerns.
: Advise line managers on adhering to policy and process, ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
: Prepare documentation, investigation notes, outcome letters and follow:up actions.
: Maintain accurate HR records, tracking processes, outcomes and timelines.
: Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistency of messaging and approach across sites.
Experience and Skills Required
: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast:paced environment.
: Strong background in redundancy.
: Confident leading consultation meetings (individual and collective).
: Strong employee relations experience, including grievance handling.
: Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites when required.
