You will be working for a leading FM Services provider based in the heart of the city. This organisation is going from strength to strength with a recent business acquisition to continue in this vein.
Your new role
You will be working as an FM Category Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Procurement and working alongside two other team members. You will be responsible for ensuring all suppliers are performing to agreed SLA’s. You will also be responsible for renegotiating a variety of contracts (Hard and Soft) as business needs grow over theing months. You will also be expected to support implementation and continual adaptation around procurement best practice within the wider business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong understanding of the FM category, ideallying from a service provider. However, this is not a necessity. The ability to work independently and without the need for supervision is critical for this role. The ability to build rapport and influence senior stakeholders will be highly beneficial as you frequently engage with C-Suite execs both internally and externally. You should have strong IT skills with the ability to provide data analysis through Excel.
