As a Housing Liaison Officer, you will: Engage with residents through various channels, face-to-face, phone, and email. Provide expert advice on fire safety and housing compliance. Facilitate resident meetings and coordinate site visits. Conduct property inspections to identify and resolve fire safety hazards.
