Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager
Location: Glasgow, office based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, EU and Canada.
As a Retail Support Analyst you will be the first point of contact for any stock related issues.
You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?
* You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high-quality support
* You will carry out stock take investigations and formatting data via excel
* You will be responsible for updating stock batch records.
* You will support with stock control issues. Ie. Discrepancies, uniform allocations, thefts
* You will record transfer discrepancies.
* You will input uniform stock adjustments.
* You will allocate expense codes.
* You will record any theft issues.
* You will carry out filing and any general administration tasks.
* Exporting information from the till system and formatting within excel
* Plus any other ad-hoc things within the Retail Support team.
