Job Description Commercial Administrator (1-Year Fixed Term Contract) Overview Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for organization, customer service, and multitasking? We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to join a team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting Commercial, Marketing & Communications department. Benefits Salary - £26,500 per annum Fixed term contract - 1 year Parking Full-time - 8.45am-5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45am-4.30pm 25 days annual leave, plus statutory holidays Pension Scheme Responsibilities Plan and coordinate commercial content Manage the portal and liaise with third-party publishers, printers etc Ensure timely submission of client artwork and internal content Approve print materials and upload banner adverts to the website Manage inbound recruitment inquiries via email and phone Process job adverts for the website Process bookings and maintain floor plans Provide exceptional customer service to commercial clients Support and manage agreements Input sales orders, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records Assist the Commercial Manager and Head of Commercial, Marketing & Communications with various tasks and projects Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines Previous administration skills would be preferred but not essential Proven experience in a customer-facing role Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt We receive multiple applications for each role and we do our very best to ensure that you receive a response.
