Role & Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assist in tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
* Assist in cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
* Establish client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
* Perform risk analysis, value management, and cost control.
* Develop procurement strategies and analyze commercial risks.
* Prepare costings for tenders and allocate work to subcontractors.
* Advise on contractual claims and analyze project outcomes.
* Value work on-site, arrange payments, and maintain contract awareness.
* Assist in pricing/tendering and forecasting project material costs.
* Procure contractors/subcontractors and liaise with clients and professionals.
* Complete commercial reports and update project systems.
Candidate Requirements:
* Logical problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
* Strong organizational, numerical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant IT software.
* Negotiation skills and understanding of NEC3, NEC4, and JCT 2016 contracts.
* Full UK driving license and ability to pass D&A testing and BPSS vetting.
