12 Months Fixed Term Contract
WPS are seeking a Responsive Works Supervisor to join our team supporting a respected social housing provider in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across occupied properties.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day responsive repair operations
2. Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
3. Liaise with tenants, operatives, and subcontractors to resolve issues
4. Monitor performance and compliance with health & safety standards
5. Report progress and KPIs to senior management
✅ Requirements:
6. SSSTS certification is essential
7. Proven experience in social housing or similar residential maintenance environments is highly desirable
8. Strong leadership and communication skills
9. Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
