CE Drivers Required – Days – 4 on / 4 off Our client operates a variety of runs, covering everything from general haulage to trunking. We are currently seeking reliable and professional CE (HGV Class 1) Drivers for ongoing day work. Pay Rates: £15.81–£19.00 per hour (depending on start time and day worked) Location: South Yorkshire Start Date: Immediate Paid Weekly – Minimum 8 Hours Paid Per Shift About the Role We are looking for dedicated drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently transport goods or vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries while following all traffic regulations and company policies. Experience in commercial driving is highly desirable. Work may include both long-distance trunking and local deliveries. Key Responsibilities Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to designated locations Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and other records Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and potential delays Comply with all traffic laws and safety standards Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained Requirements Full UK CE driving licence (maximum 6 points – no DR10, CD10, IN10 ) Minimum 2 years holding a UK licence Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual Shifts & Hours Monday to Sinday 4 on 4 off Weekends available if preferred Full-time: 40–60 hours per week Part-time: 8–15 hours per day (minimum 8 hours paid) What We Offer £15.81– Days per hour (Mon–Sunday) 12.07% holiday accrual Enhanced rates for Saturday and Sunday Weekly pay – PAYE only (no Ltd) Digital timesheets for fast, easy submission 8-hour minimum shift pay 24-hour dedicated driver support line At Venatu Recruitment Group, your right to privacy is extremely important to us.
