What Your Day Will Look Like You will: Provide high-quality chairside assistance, including a minimum of two clinical days per week. Lead, mentor, and support the dental nursing team, setting clear standards and expectations. Oversee day-to-day nursing operations to ensure smooth, efficient clinical workflows. Maintain exemplary infection control standards and ensure full regulatory compliance. Manage nursing rotas, staffing levels, and workflow planning to support productivity and calm delivery. Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of junior dental nurses. Work collaboratively with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and management to deliver a seamless patient journey. Uphold the highest standards of patient care, professionalism, and service excellence. How You Can Thrive at Zental We are looking for more than technical expertise. Desirable Sedation and implant nursing qualification or experience. Experience supporting performance, training, and team development.
