Role Description
The Performance Marketing Officer will lead our digital advertising efforts, developing and executing high-impact performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including META Ads and Google Ads. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and managing landing page creation and optimization.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire customers.
* Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
* Allocate and monitor budgets exceeding £10,000 per month to maximize ROI.
* Create and test landing pages using platforms like ClickFunnels or HubSpot.
* Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives.
* Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and refine campaigns accordingly.
* Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
* Stay informed on industry trends and new advertising platform features.
Requirements
* At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record.
* Experience managing advertising budgets of £10,000+ monthly.
* Expertise in META Ads and Google Ads.
* Experience building and optimizing landing pages on platforms like ClickFunnels or HubSpot.
* Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
* Experience in ad creative production or collaborating with creative teams.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Managerial experience is a plus but not required.
