Our client is a high‑growth Tech/Media business looking for a new Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid media and performance activity across digital channels. This role would suit amercially minded marketing professional with a strong track record of driving growth in fast‑paced, creative or tech‑led environments.
Please note: This role requires prior experience exclusively within the media, film/TV, music, or technology sectors. Applications without relevant sector experience will not be considered.
Your new role
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning and optimising paid performance channels, delivering measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Owning and optimising paid media activity across channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and programmatic
2. Managing performance budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting on ROI
3. Designing and executing full‑funnel performance strategies aligned tomercial goals
4. Working closely with brand, content, product, andmercial teams to optimise campaign performance
5. Testing, learning, and scaling campaigns using data‑driven insights
6. Leading agency relationships or managing performance resources in‑house where appropriate
7. Continuously improving attribution, tracking, and performance reporting
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in a Performance Marketing / Paid Media role
9. Direct industry experience only within media, film/TV, music, or technology
10. Strong hands‑on expertise across paid acquisition channels
11. A data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics and performance tools
12. Experience working in high‑growth, creative, or product‑led environments
13. The ability to balancemercial performance with brand considerations
14. Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influenc
