The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data processing, and maintaining high standards of internal coordination. You'll be working closely with internal departments and clients, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide full administrative support to the sales team
2. Maintain and update customer records, sales data and reports using Excel
3. Manage sales order processing and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
4. Prepare and analyse sales reports and customer information
5. Assist with general office duties and ad hoc tasks as needed
About You:
6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and formulas)
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
9. Able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
10. Excellent organisational and communication skills
