Role
The successful candidate will become a key member of the accounts team, responsible for ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Exceptional organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
1. Handling daily banking tasks, including payment allocation.
2. Conducting credit control activities, chasing outstanding invoices, and managing maintenance contracts.
3. Managing retention processes for installation projects.
4. Handling purchase ledger tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
5. Reconciling company credit card statements.
6. Managing engineer timesheets for payroll processing.
7. Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
8. Previous experience in an account's role is essential.
9. Excellent communication skills.
10. Ability to multitask and follow up on tasks.
